Commissions/Ready-Made Artwork

Commissions can take up to 3 months (or longer) to complete, depending on the estimated turnaround time given during initial consultation. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided upon completion of the piece.

All ready-made artwork will be shipped via USPS/UPS within 1-3 business days and a tracking number will be provided.

Stickers

Sticker orders (with the exception of bulk orders) are mailed via regular mail postage, thus no tracking number is available. If you would like to have your order shipped to you with a tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible.

We always do our best to ensure that the artwork is protected as well as possible while it's on its way to you. However, once the carrier system updates the tracking information to "in transit", TSK is no longer responsible for lost/damaged items.

We will be happy to help resolve any issues to the best of our ability should any issues with the postal service arise.
